Nanomaterials for Medical and Technical Applications (N4MTA 2026)
International, multidisciplinary and Intensive course in the field of nanomaterials for medical and technical applications organized by the team from Faculty of Mechanical Engineering - Department of Textile Machine Design and Faculty of Sciences, Humanities and Education - Department of Bioengineering.
The goal of this blended course combining a virtual section with seminars and a physical part full of experiments is to enable students to learn about technologies for the production of nanofibers, design unique electrodes and especially work in international teams.
During the Summer School, which is organised as the physical part of the N4MTA, students have the opportunity to test electrodes they have designed to produce nanofiber materials using AC electrospinning technology and analyse polymeric nanofibrous materials produced by these unique devices.
On top of that, students from four different countries, but with the same interest and enthusiasm, have the chance to meet in person, discuss their ideas, and enjoy the Liberec landscape and culture.
