The purpose of the course is to prepare all-round bachelor engineering students for general practice:
- with proficiency in machine construction, construction computations and design techniques
- with corresponding computer-aided design skills (CA-technology), knowledge of computers and management
- with an understanding of the analysis and synthesis of the practical problems of machine construction
